This annual one-day immersive and interactive experience is open to Olathe Public School juniors from across the district.

The day focused on students learning how to discover the leader in themselves by exploring who they are, learning how to create their own sunshine in their lives, believing in their own success and learning the 3,2,1 of leadership. Students participated in engaging dialogue, interactive workshop sessions, and had the opportunity to network with other student leaders and local professional leaders in the community, such as Shawn Barber, former NFL Kansas City Chiefs player.
