The Olathe Board of Education allows parents to make a request for their child to transfer to a school other than their attendance-area school. Board policy allows this action based upon exceptional circumstances and for highly justifiable reasons. Please see the transfer booklets below.
Starting with the 2024-25 school year, all Kansas school districts have an open enrollment policy requiring non-resident students, who reside in Kansas, to attend any school if the district has the capacity. Learn more about Olathe's open enrollment.
