The Olathe Board of Education allows parents to make a request for their child to transfer to a school other than their attendance-area school. Board policy allows this action based upon exceptional circumstances and for highly justifiable reasons. Please see the transfer booklets below.
All Kansas school districts have an open enrollment policy requiring non-resident students, who reside in Kansas, to attend any school if the district has the capacity. Learn more about Olathe's open enrollment.

- District Employee’s Student window: Jan. 1-Feb. 28, 2025
- In-district Transfer window re-opened: July 1-30, 2025
