Graduation Dates and Times

Olathe Public Schools 2025 graduation ceremonies will take place on the following dates and times at College Boulevard Activity Center, 11031 S. Valley Road, Olathe:
- Olathe West High School — Friday, May 16, 7 p.m.
- Olathe North High School — Saturday, May 17, 2 p.m.
- Olathe South High School — Saturday, May 17, 7 p.m.
- Olathe East High School — Sunday, May 18, 2 p.m.
- Olathe Northwest High School — Sunday, May 18, 7 p.m.
There is no limit on the number of guests per graduate unless ceremonies are moved indoors to Olathe Northwest High School because of inclement weather. In that case, seniors would receive seven tickets for guests.
Any communication regarding moving a graduation ceremony indoors due to inclement weather would be made 2.5 hours prior to the ceremony.

Watch the ceremonies live on YouTube May 16-18. The livestream will begin 30 minutes prior to the start of the graduation ceremony.

Purchase a Graduation Flash Drive
Parents may purchase graduation videos (on a flash drive) online through July 15.
The cost is $30 and includes shipping and handling. Videos will be shipped after production.

How will we find out if graduation has to be moved indoors?
The district will send an email message to all senior parents and will post the information on the district’s website, Facebook and Twitter.

How many tickets does each family get for graduation?
If the weather is good and graduation is held outside as planned, each family can have as many people attend as they need and no tickets are necessary. If the weather is bad and the graduation ceremony must be held indoors, each family will get SEVEN tickets for the gymnasium The ceremony will also be streamed and shown in the Olathe Northwest Auditorium.
