Dec. 8, 2017 ~ Annabelle Darby, a senior at Olathe North High School, has earned a perfect score of 36 on the ACT. Nationally, while the actual number of students earning a composite score of 36 varies from year to year, less than one-tenth of 1 percent of students taking the ACT earn a top score.

“We are incredibly proud of Annabelle and all that she has accomplished,” Principal Jason Herman said. “Her success is a testament to her hard work and dedication. She is an outstanding representative of Olathe North and I am confident she has great success in her future.”

Darby is involved in the Distinguished Scholars Academy, theater, choir and district choir, Scholars Bowl and works part-time for a company that provides private care for special needs students.
