Will Babbit and his wife have lived in Olathe since 2010. Their son is a student in the Olathe Public Schools, and Will is a member of his school's site council. Will is a veteran of the United States Army and current director of business engineering at Stinson LLP. He is also a graduate of the Olathe Civic Academy and Citizen's Police Academy.

Becky Johann and her husband, Morgan, have two children attending Olathe Public Schools at Manchester Park Elementary. Becky and her family have lived in Lenexa since 2012. She is a supporter of the Olathe Public Schools Foundation, a sustaining member of the Women’s Giving Circle and a Girls on the Run coach. Becky works as a nurse leader at a Kansas City metropolitan area hospital.

Robert Kuhn

Robert Kuhn and his wife, Erica, have lived in Olathe since 2013. They have four children, three of whom currently attend Olathe schools. Robert has been part of the Indian Creek Elementary School Site Council and is also involved in Cub Scouts with his two sons. Robert is the production manager for Mad City Windows and Bath in Olathe.

Claire Reagan

Claire Reagan and her husband, Scott, have been residents in the Olathe School District for over 10 years. They have three children — one future and two current Olathe students. Claire is a former public and private high school English teacher and previous Olathe substitute. She currently works as a special needs care associate in Matthew's Ministry at Church of the Resurrection and a contract consultant with Blazer Strategies. Claire is a 2019 graduate of the Olathe Civic and Johnson County Citizens' Academy as well as a 2022 graduate of Leadership Olathe.

Julie Steele

Julie Steele and her husband, Tim, have four children, three of whom have graduated from Olathe Public Schools. Julie is a graduate of the Olathe district and taught early childhood special education here. She and Tim own an audiology practice with multiple locations. Julie serves as director of operations. Julie is a member of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of Olathe Civic Academy, and on the advisory board for Boys and Girls Club in Olathe.

Dr. Stacey Yurkovich
Represents district 1, Position 1
Term: 2024-28
Dr. Stacey Yurkovich has lived in the Olathe community since 2014. She has two children and four grandchildren. Her four grandchildren attend Olathe Public Schools – two at Manchester Park Elementary and two in the Spanish Immersion program at Black Bob Elementary. Dr. Yurkovich was a teacher in the district for two years and a junior high/middle school administrator for 24 years. Following her retirement from Olathe in 2015, she continued working in education and served as the director of teaching and learning in another Kansas district and a high school administrator and director of academies in a Missouri school district. She fully retired from public education in 2022.
