School start and end times will change for the 2024-25 school year. They will be:

• Harmony Early Childhood Center — 8:55-11:55 a.m. OR 12:55-3:55 p.m.
• Heartland Early Childhood Center — 8:20-11:20 a.m. OR 12:20-3:20 p.m.
• Elementary schools — 8:55 a.m.-3:55 p.m.  
• Middle schools — 8:20 a.m.-3:20 p.m.
• High schools — 7:40 a.m.-2:40 p.m.
• Prairie Learning Center — 7:40 a.m.-2:40 p.m.

Half Days on Oct. 16, Dec. 20, Feb. 12, April 24 and May 22

• Grades K-5 — 8:55 a.m.-12:10 p.m.
• Grades 6-8 — 8:20-11:35 a.m.
• Grades 9-12 — 7:40-10:55 a.m.
• (Grade 12 will not attend on May 22, 2025.)

High School Finals Schedule

• Dec. 18, 2024 and May 20, 2025 — 7:40 a.m.-2:40 p.m.
• Dec. 19-20, 2024 and May 21-22, 2025 — 7:40-10:55 a.m.

Instructions to import an elementary or middle school calendar into your personal Outlook, Google, Android and other calendars:

1. Visit your school website's calendar page and click the little chain icon in the upper right corner of that calendar for iCal feed instructions.
2. Copy the URL shown in the top of the instructions.
3. Select the type of calendar application you want to sync with.
4. Follow the instructions provided.

Instructions for importing a high school calendar:

1. Visit your school website's activity calendar
2. Near the right side of the high school calendar, click the icon/link for Get the Mobile App
3. Click on the App Store or Google Play icon to download the app for the Sunflower League calendar
