New Virtual Care App and Website

Be sure to use the new BlueKC Virtual Care app or www.bluekcvirtualcare.com. Instructions on how to access the app or website are below. This app and website replace the AmWell Telehealth program originally offered by BCBS.

The new Blue KC Virtual Care app and website replaces the AmWell Telehealth app.

Virtual Care App:

Download the new Blue KC Virtual Care app from the app store. Blue KC Virtual Care replaces the AmWell health virtual care app. Log in using your BCBS ID card number. 

Website Access:

Go to www.bluekcvirtualcare.com. 

• Enter your information
• Select Blue KC
• Enter your ID Number off your BCBS ID Card

No company service key is required.

The virtual care app offers medical care 24/7.

Schedule a video visit with a board-certified doctor right from your phone, tablet or computer.

Treatments for common conditions like: sinus pain, mild asthma, allergies, minor headaches, cold sores, sprains, pink eye, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, bumps, cuts, scrapes, coughs, sore throat, minor fevers, colds, rashes, and minor burns.

Urgent or sick care is available at any time.
