LifeWorks becomes TELUS Health

Moving forward, we are pleased to announce that LifeWorks will transition to be known as TELUS Health. TELUS Health is providing the district's Employee Assistance Program. Our Employee Assistance Program offers immediate support and referral to the most appropriate resource to help you and members of your household manage everyday life issues.

EAP professionals are available to assist you with:

• Everyday needs and life events
• Weight control
• Relationship concerns
• Coping with serious illness
• Loss of a loved one
• Eating disorders
• Smoking cessation
• and much more

Counseling services are available 24/7, even on holidays. Sessions can be in person, by video, via phone or through text.

These services are free of charge and completely confidential even by Olathe Public Schools.

Employees of OPS have several avenues of mental health services available to you and your dependents. Please view the Olathe Public Schools Mental Health Services flyer for all the services available and how to access them.

The Community Support Tool is a platform where members can search to find free or reduced-cost services in their area.  However, it is not just restricted to "members".  In a very similar way to our EAP, these resources are now available to all of our staff members in the district and their families.
