Vision Service Plan (VSP) offers coverage both in and out-of-network. Members can receive an eye exam and new lenses or contacts every 12 months, and new frames every 24 months. For more detailed plan information, please review the plan summary listed below or visit VSP Vision's website.

VSP does not mail out vision cards. When you call to make the vision appointment, let the eye doctor know you have a VSP insurance plan. The eye doctor will contact VSP for all of the insurance information.
