December 15th Deadline
All of the American Fidelity products will be discontinued beginning on January 1, 2021. As we transition from American Fidelity to Discovery Benefits, please have all claims submitted to American Fidelity by December 15, 2020. After December 15th, hold any claims until after January 1, 2021 and submit them to Discovery Benefits.

Discovery Benefits HRA Accounts
Discovery Benefits will be our new HRA vendor beginning on January 1, 2021. Olathe will be transfering all remaining HRA funds from American Fidelity to Discovery Benefits and retirees will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to log into their account. Also in January, retirees will recieve 2 debit cards for their HRA account. Discovery Benefits offers three ways to submit eligible claims: the Discovery Benefits Mobile App, through your online account, or by mail. Instructions on each of these methods are listed below.
Direct Deposit Information:
All retirees will need to set up their banking information with Discovery Benefits in order to take advantage of Discovery Benefits' direct deposit service. Instructions on how to set up the banking information is listed below. If desired you can receive paper checks in the mail for reimbursements instead.
