New hire benefits begin the first of the month following your hire date. Plan details and rates can be found in the 2021 Benefits Guide or in the plan summary pages in the grey boxes along the left side of the page.

Everyone Must Enroll or Waive Benefits
Employee Navigator is our new benefits enrollment platform. To enroll in your 2021 benefits, please click the Enroll Here button above and register as a new user. The company identifier is OPSD.
Detailed instructions on how to enroll. Employee Navigator allows you to review your 2021 benefit elections and walks you step-by-step through the enrollment process. Please review your personal and dependent information. If you are planning on adding a dependent, you will need their social security number and date of birth.
This is your opportunity to elect or waive benefit coverage for the 2021 benefit year. If you want to decline all benefits, you must click on the enroll here button and waive the benefits. These benefits are effective from January 1 to December 31, 2021. Benefits may not be changed during the year unless you have a qualified life event such as a marriage, birth, loss of coverage or gaining of other coverage. You have 30 days from your hire date to complete your enrollment.
