Important Change for Daily Substitutes

  • All daily substitute teachers have been assigned an email address to help them better connect to zoom. Long-term substitute teachers will still use your long-term email address.

Daily substitutes should log-on to the computer. If a new substitute, follow directions on the Computer Log-on. After signing into the computer, please do the following:

    1. Make sure your username and password work in email by going to https://outlook.com/olatheschools.org and logging in using your district log-on and password. Now close the window (close the browser you were in).
    2. Now open the Chrome browser and it is time to connect to zoom: go to https://olatheschools.zoom.us and log-in by clicking the “sign in” button using your district email address and password.
    3. Log-in to Synergy (AKA-TeacherVue), the zoom link in synergy should now work. (Click on the class, then click the green start meeting button on the upper right hand side.)
