The 2020 National ProStart Student Invitational will be held in Washington, DC, May 8 - 10. Nearly 400 student competitors will test their skills in front of industry leaders, the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation Trustees, restaurant associations and family and friends. ProStart is nationwide, two-year program that unites the classroom and industry to develop the best and brightest talent into tomorrow's restaurant and food-service leaders. The ProStart curriculum is used in the Olathe Public Schools Culinary Arts program.
