Your Computer Devices
eAcademy is unable to provide support for district-issued devices. Students must go through the technical help center at their high school (school year) for support with student laptops or other district devices. In the summer, contact the district's Technology Help Desk directly using the instructions below.
The district Technology Support Center has also made it possible for students to access various self-help resources for password issues, software installation, connectivity issues, and other circumstances that students may experience. These are available on the district's technology resources page.
Students may also contact the Help Desk directly without going through teachers or administrators, for additional help if the website resources are insufficient. School-year hours are school days from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Summer hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. The Help Desk information is on the district's technology resources page.
eAcademy cannot provide support for personal devices. Occasionally, we are able to give hints based on experiences other students have shared. However, we do not provide assistance with device maintenance and repair, software installation, or other tasks related to the general daily use of personal devices.
