eAcademy is unable to provide support for district-issued student devices. Students must contact district technology support to get help, either through their school tech center or the Help Desk. During the summer, this may require a trip to the Technology Support Center with your device to get help.
The district has also made it possible for students to access various self-help resources on the District Technology Resources page, linked on the menu to the left, for password issues, software installation, connectivity issues, and other circumstances requiring support. Students may contact the Help Desk directly for additional help. Help Desk hours are school days from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. during the school year, and Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. over summer.
eAcademy cannot provide support for personal devices. Occasionally, we are able to give hints based on experiences other students have shared. However, we do not provide assistance with device maintenance and repair, software installation, or other tasks related to the general daily use of personal devices.
