Here are some fun ways to write this summer
Start a summer journal and write about any vacations you take, your outdoor adventures, or everyday things that you notice and want to write about.
Grab some sidewalk chalk and write outside.
Write or draw signs/posters to hang up in your room.
Write a book, make up a story, write an informational book.
Write letters or cards to family members, write thank you cards.

What are Word Ladders?
Word ladders are an activity where a word is changed by trading one sound for another sound to create a new word. Each new word is a rung on the word ladder.
Preparation
You will need:
- Something to write on.
- Something to write with.
- List of words (from sample list or create your own).
