Key dates for eAcademy semesters are outlined below for each of our three course terms.

Fall Semester Schedule 2024

• Aug. 13-14: preenrolled students will receive email confirmation and prelimiary instructions
• Aug. 19: students begin eAcademy Orientation; orientation deadline midnight Aug. 21
• Aug. 19: Polar monitors delivered to high schools for fall PE students
• Aug. 22: start date for fall eAcademy courses; course Zoom startup meetings 6:30, 7:30 p.m.
• Dec. 19-20: finals for all eAcademy courses

Spring Semester Schedule 2025

• Jan. 10: students begin eAcademy Orientation; orientation deadline midnight Jan.14
• Jan. 10: Polar monitors delivered to high schools for spring PE students
• Jan. 15: start date for eAcademy courses; course Zoom startup meetings 6:30, 7:30 p.m.
• May 12-13: Senior finals
• May 21-22: finals for all courses
  

Archive Summer Term Schedule 2024 (2025 will be added in a future update)

• May 1: We begin posting summer enrollment fees to student accounts in TouchBase, weekly
• May 26: Physical education enrollment deadline to receive a heart monitor and take summer physical education
• May 28 or 29: students enrolled in physical education will pick up their heart rate monitors at the Instructional Resource Center (14090 Black Bob Road). Times are:
  • May 28, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or
  • May 29, 8:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
• May 29: students begin eAcademy Orientation; orientation deadline is midnight Sunday, June 2
• June 3: start date for Summer eAcademy; course startup Zoom meetings early evening
• June 3: last day to drop summer courses with a fee refund; no refunds after this date
• PE Help Sessions: Tech help is available for physical education students during scheduled Zoom sessions or by appointment
• July 28: Last day of summer session; all assignments and finals for all courses due by or before today. Polar monitors are due immediately for all students not enrolled in the Module C extension.
