All students' volunteer community service hours will be recorded using their Xello account. This will allow a more streamlined and accurate way of documenting volunteer hours. In order to access this site, please follow these step-by-step directions.

1. Log into Classlink to login and password provided by OW – www.xello.com
   • Your login is “os-“ followed by your student identification number 
   • Your password is your eight-digit birthday (I.e. 04172001) ***If you have login issues, contact your counselor
2. Once there, you need to click “About Me” located at the top of the page
3. Scroll to bottom of screen to the Experience section
4. Next, click “Volunteer”
5. Once you are on your Volunteer Experience page, complete
6. Once on this page, record all required information. Be sure to accurately record the date and number of hours. Click SAVE

To be considered for an Owl Community Service Award in the spring, you need to meet the following hours per year:

• Gold: 250 and up
• Silver: 175 to 249
• Bronze: 100 to 174
