I started working at Ridgeview in 2021. 

I went into education because I like helping the younger students learn and grow their minds.

I started at Ridgeview in the fall of 2020.  I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from William Jewell College and have worked with children in various capacities my whole life. 

I always wanted to be an educator because I love both learning and being with kids.

I started working at Ridgeview in the fall of 2022. I have a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education from Washburn University.

I went into education because my mother was a teacher for 30 years and I loved going to her school and helping her with her classroom in the summer. 

I started working at Ridgeview in the fall of 2022. Prior to working here at Ridegeview, I worked in a daycare for three years. I went into education because I have always wanted to be a teacher who made a difference in a child's life. A teacher that will get brought up in conversations years later. 

I started working at Ridgeview in the winter of 2023.

I started working here in 2016. I received my Bachelor of Science in Education Degree in Elementary /Middle /Junior High Art Education. I taught art for 11 years in Missouri.

I loved seeing the sparkle in a child's eyes when they learned a new concept. 

I started working at Ridgeview in the fall of 2021. I have attended the University of Central Missouri for the past three years and have completed 109 hours of my Early Childhood Education degree.

I went into education because I have a passion for teaching children and helping them discover the world. I also enjoy being silly and supporting children through play-based learning.

Fall of 2022 is when I started working at Ridgeview elementary school. 

In 2021, I went to assist in an elementary school lunch room, I realized that I actually love working with younger students. It makes me happy to see younger children learn and grow. 

I started working here in 2017. I started at Wichita State University and then University of Kansas, where I graduated with a Bachelor's in Economics.

I went into education because I love children and the school environment.

I started working for the district in the fall of 2019. I went to Southern New Hampshire University. I received my Bachelor of Science and Arts in Environmental Science in 2018. 

I went into education because I enjoy working with children.

In November 2005, I started my career at Ridgview. I really like working here with all the kids and staff. 

I went into education because I like to help and to be a good example to children.

I started working at Ridgeview in 2002. I went to MidAmerica Nazarene University for a semester. 

I have always enjoyed working with children. Once children started school, I started volunteering at their grade school helping out. I loved it so much I decided to get paid for it.

I started working in 2016 here at Ridgeview.  I received my associate degree from Johnson County Community College in 2016.

After many years of working in customer service, I decided to do something I loved. I love working with children and seeing them grow every day. 

I started working at Ridgeview here in 2015. I wanted to work at Ridgeview to help serve the children and their environment.

I started working at Ridgeview in fall of 2007. I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Child and Family Studies. 

Working with children has always been a passion of mine. I love to see the look on their faces when they understand a new concept.

I started working here in 2009.

I started out in Food Production working in the cafeteria because I enjoy cooking. I later became an instructional aide in a classroom, helping the students learn. Currently, I am working in the office.

I started working at Ridgeview in 2018. I am from El Salvador. I studied human resources back in my country. I started working for the district as a Spanish teacher and then as a teacher associate in Heartland Early Childhood Center.

I first found out that I love education back in my country. I was called to work in one of my Sunday school classes at my church. I found it fascinating to be able to work and not only to teach, but to change the world of the students and their families. By knowing that school is a very friendly and a safe place to be.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a Minor in Spanish from Missouri State University.

After 16 years in the computer industry, I decided to pursue joy in my work and found myself drawn specifically to Ridgeview. Helping children learn is the most joyful position I've ever had.

I started working at Ridgeview in 2016. 

I find it very rewarding to be able to help students learn and grow as individuals.
