Individual Plan of Study

  • Students will develop Individual Plans of Study to help navigate a personalized experience in high school in preparation for postsecondary education and/or the workforce. This plan is revised each year and is supported by career activities to enhance each student’s individual interests and talents. Additionally, students will develop individualized coursework plans that allow them to meet graduation requirements for the Olathe School District.

Individual Plans of Study will be supported by counselors, teachers, and family members. Students will utilize the services and activities provided by the Xello website to implement these plans beginning in middle school.
