Unofficial Transcript Requests

  • Students needing a copy of their unofficial transcript for car insurance, scholarship, etc. should download a copy of their transcript using Xello. Students can login to Xello through ClassLink on their district issued device. 

    1. From the student Xello dashboard, under Quick links, click College Planning.
    2. Under College applications, click View my applications.
    3. On the College applications page, under Transcript, click the filename of the student's transcript to open the PDF. Students can review their transcript, stamped with an "Unofficial" watermark. Students can download the file but will not be able to remove the watermark.

     

  • Transcript for College Application (Direct Application)

    Students needing an official transcript sent to a college or university should request that their transcript be sent through Xello.

    Students can login to Xello through ClassLink on their district issued device.

    1. From dashboard, under Quick Links, click College Planning.
    2. Under College applications, select the institution to which transcripts will be sent.
    3. Under Application checklist you will find transcripts.
    4. To the right, click Request.
      • A banner at the top of the screen will indicate the request was sent. 

    Transcript for College Application (CommonApp)

    Students using Common App to apply to colleges will use Xello to request application forms. Login to Xello through ClassLink on district issued device. 

    1. From dashboard, under Quick links, click College Planning.
    2. Click View my applications to see the full list of colleges they're tracking.
    3. Click on a college with the Common App logo to open a brief profile of that college. 
    4. Next to Counselor forms, click Assign counselor to open the list of counselors at their school. 
    5. They choose their counselor and click Select
      • Students have the option to remove a counselor to select another. 
    6. The student clicks send and is returned to the college page. 
      • A banner at the top of the page indicates success.

    Students will be able to access these steps if they have not followed the process to sync their Common App and Xello accounts.

    Official Transcripts for reasons other than college applications

    Students needing an official transcript should email the request to our Student Information Specialist, Susie Meyn at smmeyn@olatheschools.org.

    Please enter in subject line: Transcript Request

    And please provide the following information:

    1. Student Name
    2. Student ID number
    3. Do you need a PDF to upload or a printed, sealed copy?

    You should receive a response within 48 hours of your request.

    Alumni Transcript Request

    Alumni (students who graduated prior to the current school year) who need a transcript can order one using the form below.
