For summer enrollment, new families to Olathe will need to make an appointment to complete enrollment in person at Tomahawk. Contact the office at 913-780-7690 so we can verify that Tomahawk is the correct school of attendance based on your address. Once we confirm that Tomahawk is your school, we will send you an email to sign up for an enrollment time from July 18-July 29.

Please bring these documents with you. We can make copies or you can bring copies:

• Birth certificate
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Residency - a current utility bill (gas, electric, water) or a rental agreement
• Current Immunization Records

It is helpful if you print these forms and complete them in advance of coming to enroll your student. Many of these forms are available on the district's Enrollment webpage.
