• The Olathe School District’s Accounting Department is responsible for all aspects of financial management. The department includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting. As we work toward paying vendors accurately, collecting funds from patrons in a timely manner, safeguarding district equipment purchases, and reporting the use of taxpayers’ dollars accurately, we rely on sound internal controls. Our detail-oriented staff assists the public, internal staff, and the external auditors to represent the district in a positive manner.
