The ACT Assessment tests are universally accepted for college admission by virtually all colleges and universities in the United States, including all the Ivy League schools. The ACT Assessment multiple-choice tests are curriculum-based.

If you have registered to take an ACT exam at Olathe North, please read the following in regard to test location and parking:

• All ACT National exams given at Olathe North will be held in the 100 and 900 hallway classrooms.
• Students should park in the student parking lot on the front (south side) of the building and enter through the main and south commons doors on the south side of the building.
• Students should arrive by 7:30 a.m. on the testing day and must have a photo ID to take the exam. No exceptions will be made to this rule; students with no ID will be denied admission into the testing rooms.
• Test dates for this school year are Sept. 14, Oct. 26, Dec. 14, Feb. 8, 2025, April 5, 2025, June 14, 2025 and July 12, 2025.
• Students must register, pay for their exam and upload a picture online prior to the exam date.

The PSAT is an exam used as an early indicator of college readiness and is aligned with College and Career Readiness Standards. For juniors, scores are used to qualify for National Merit Scholars.

PSAT will be administered at Olathe North on Oct. 16 and students MUST register in advance. All registration information will be sent by Jim Tarwater.
