We are thrilled to have your child join us for kindergarten here at Rolling Ridge! Going to kindergarten is an exciting time for not only the child, but the parents as well. Your first step is kindergarten enrollment.

If you have an incoming kindergarten student, you'll be able to sign up for an hour-long time slot in the spring.

By Kansas statute, children must be the age of 5 on or before Aug. 31, 2025, to be eligible for enrollment in the 2025-26 year.

Kindergarten enrollment is for you and your child, by appointment, on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

What will you need to bring?

Parents are required to bring the following documents to kindergarten enrollment on April 11.

• Certified copy of child's birth certificate (required by Kansas statute)
• Proof of residency (copy of current utility bill, contract, internet bill, etc.)

Parents can also bring these documents for the school nurse.

• Current immunizations record
• Current physical (within one year)
