Student Activities and Clubs
Math Wings, an after-school mathematics competition club, is for fourth- and fifth-grade students who excel in mathematics and are interested in developing mathematical strategies that will enable them to compete against students from other schools. Math Wings sessions will focus on developing: 1) advanced mathematical concepts and 2) skills in solving problems using speed strategies.
Run/Walk Club is open to 3rd-, 4th-, and 5th-graders who participate to have fun and increase their physical activity. The club meets in the fall and spring on Thursdays after school. Students may prepare to participate in the Jared Coones Memorial Run after the fall session.
