Letter of Recommendation Request
Many colleges will want letters of recommendation with your initial application. These are typically done through Common App or the college website. Some scholarship applications also request letters of recommendation. Teachers, coaches, youth pastors, and counselors are great resources for a letter of recommendation. If you need a recommendation letter from your counselor, please submit this Letter of Recommendation Questionnaire and a copy of your resume to your counselor to request one. This questionnaire needs to be completed and returned at least 3 weeks before your first application deadline to ensure time to complete a detailed letter that portrays you in the best light possible.
