Dale Longenecker
Dr. Longenecker is responsible for the total educational program of Olathe South High School. His specific responsibilities include curriculum development, general budget, development of general school policies, teacher assignments and master schedule, some teacher appraisals and those of the assistant principals and counselors, the parent newsletter, graduation and senior awards.

Elaine Carpenter
Elaine Carpenter is our Activities Director and Special Education Administrator. She works directly with the Family and Consumer Science, Performing Arts, AVID, and Special Education departments. In addition to general supervisory duties, she oversees para-educators, front office/healthroom staff, and is our Community Partner Liason.

Rachel Jetton
Mrs. Jetton is our Testing Coordinator and oversees all local, state and national assessments. She works directly with the Mathematics, World Language, and Industrial Technology departments. In addition to general supervisory duties, she oversees technology, facilities, parent/teacher conferences, and custodians.

Gabe Mervosh
Gabe Mervosh is our Curriculum and Instruction Coordinator. He works directly with the Language Arts, Visual Arts, Social Studies, and Counselors. In addition to general supervisory duties, he oversees the Olathe South Leadership Team, the PLC Guiding Coalition, coordinates with our PTO, and oversees student teachers.

Ben Sutherlin
Ben Sutherlin is our Athletic Director and coordinates with the Kansas State High School Activities Association. He works directly with the Science, Physical Education, Business Departments, and all coaches, as well as our three 21st Century Academies. In addition to general supervisory duties, he oversees in-school suspension, parking, transportation, food service, crisis management, and building security.
