School Supplies for 2025-26

  • Please note: Students will not be assigned a locker and will carry their supplies throughout the day in a backpack or with a Trapper Keeper-style binder.  

    The items listed below are what students should have in their binder or backpack daily.    

    Sixth Grade Supplies to have in Backpack

    • 24 or more regular-size #2 pencils with erasers
    • 1 package of multicolor highlighters (green, pink, yellow)
    • 1 set of colored pencils (small pack)
    • 5 heavy-duty pocket folders
    • 2 composition notebooks (1 for math, 1 for English language arts)
    • 1 rubber eraser
    • Wired ear buds or headphones to keep in backpack (We use these daily, so please get multiple cheap pairs.)

    Supplies to leave in the sixth grade team classrooms. (Drop these off with your social studies teacher.)

    • 3 boxes of tissues (or more – we always run out)
    • Disinfecting wipes (3 pack)
    • 1 package of multicolor dry-erase markers (red, blue, green, black)
    • 24 or more regular-size #2 pencils with erasers (optional)
    • 1 package of wide-ruled notebook paper

    Seventh Grade Supplies

    • 3-ring pencil bag for binder (durable)
    • Pencils
    • Pens
    • 1 pink eraser
    • Colored pencils (small pack)
    • Expo markers
    • 3 spiral notebooks (1 for English language arts, 2 for social studies)
    • Ear buds or headphones to keep in backpack
    • Calculator (TI-30X IIS is recommended)
    • Tissues (We need a lot because we run out quickly. Please give them to your Panther Business teacher.)
    • 1 durable binder that will withstand excessive use throughout the year. It may need to be replaced mid-year.

    Eighth Grade Supplies 

    To have in backpack:

    • 2 composition or spiral notebooks (1 for English language arts, 1 for science)
    • 4 2-pocket folders (English language arts, math, science and social studies)
    • 24 or more pencils
    • 3 pens (any color, replenish as needed)
    • 4 packages of sticky (Post-it) notes
    • Scientific or graphing calculator (optional)
    • Ear buds or headphones (must be wired) to keep in backpack
    • If the student doesn’t want to carry a backpack, a large binder with a 3-ring pouch is an option. Please be sure it is durable and will withstand excessive use throughout the year. It may need to be replaced mid-year.

    For eighth grade team use (Please give these to your social studies teacher on the first day of school.)

    • 4 boxes of Kleenex
    • 4 black odorless dry-erase markers (Expo)
    • 4 highlighters
    • 24 or more pencils
