The Technology Support team is responsible for assisting end users with any issues that hinder the effective use of district-issued technology. Support begins at the Help Desk, where team members work directly with users to identify and address the problem. Our technicians continue to troubleshoot as necessary, either resolving the issue or escalating it to the appropriate Technology team to ensure a timely and effective resolution.
