Every week Mr. O. meets with one student from every class and honors them with a certificate and goodies. Students discuss how they modeled ROAR:

R = Respect self, others, and environment
O = Own your behavior
A = Always do your personal best
R = Remember safety

Students love sharing what they did in the classroom that models our school expectations. Their names are read on the Morning Show, too!
