The Technology Support Team is responsible for handling issues the end user may have with technology that hinders or prevents them from utilizing district-issued technology. Beginning with Help Desk and throughout, our team works one-on-one with the end user to resolve their technology interruptions, with technicians troubleshooting the issue until escalation to another Technology team, or until resolution.
