TouchBase — Fee and Activity Payments
This application allows parents to pay for their students’ instructional fees for registration, outstanding fines, student activities, and other optional items.
The annual instructional materials fee supports the district textbook fund, which is used to purchase classroom materials, curriculum materials, textbooks, supplemental materials, etc.
Parents/Guardians must have a ParentVUE account to access TouchBase. If you do not currently have a ParentVUE account, please contact your school for assistance.

SchoolCafé — Meal Account Payments
Beginning in June 2025, Olathe Public Schools will use SchoolCafé for managing student and staff meal accounts.
When using School Café to pay online, there is a minimum deposit of $20 per account and a 4.5% payment processing fee when using a credit card for either a one-time payment or an auto-payment.
To get started, you’ll need to create a new SchoolCafé account with a username and password. Be sure to have your student(s) ID number on hand.

Parents can pay with cash or check without a fee. At elementary schools, please take the cash or check to the front office. In middle/high schools, take the cash/check to the cafeteria. For more information on SchoolCafé, visit the Food Services Department page.
Envision Payment Solutions
Envision Payment Solutions assists in the collection of returned checks.
Envision Payment Solutions accepts checks with your:
- Full name
- Street address (no post office box)
- Home phone number with area code
- Secondary phone number with area code
- Driver's license number with state
If your check is dishonored by the bank, a service fee will be assessed in accordance to state law and federal guidelines. In providing a check as payment, you authorize electronic representment if your check should return unpaid.
Also, you authorize service charges and processing fees, as determined by law, to be debited (at our option) from the same account via paper draft or electronic funds transfer.
