Description: We are looking for a person who is steady handed and can conduct detailed, precision work on both Apple and Microsoft tablet families. The iResQ team prides itself on engaging customers through both email and phone communications. Be ready to talk with people! Must be age 16 or older. Receive incoming repairs and appropriately annotate in company software. Perform diagnosis on incoming repairs and provide notes in tracking software. Keep customers informed by explaining repairs and associated charges telephonically or through email. Perform repairs and/or upgrades per customer request or requirement. Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with legal regulations. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as circumstances warrant.
