Description: Minimum age 16. Responsible for food preparation, sales and distribution to facility patrons. Essential duties and responsibilities include: assist with food preparation, assist with daily/nightly deposits of cash, ensure inventory solvency, ensure KDHE policies and regulations are followed, light paperwork and data entry, operate cash register, open and/or close the facility, provide customer service (handle complaints and concerns, resolve problems in relation to pruchases and food preparation), responsible for concession stand and concession area set up and cleanliness. Other duties may be assigned. Must be available evenings, weekends and some holidays. Experience in a concession stand or restaurant preferred but not required. Experience working directly with the public. Knowledge of customer service expectations and ability to solve customer service issues. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in relation to American dollars and weights. Experience following direction and delegating. Ability to self-direct and take initiative.
