March 23, 2023 ~ The Olathe Public Schools Special Services Site Council will host a free seminar for parents of students with disabilities and exceptionalities. "Financial Planning for Students with Disabilities" is the topic of the Tuesday, April 25 Zoom meeting. Join the Zoom presentation by 6:30 p.m.

Ivailo Grigorov, a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual, will provide an overview of Supplemental Security Income (SSI), special needs trusts, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Medicaid and waivers, and ABLE accounts. The presenter will share personal stories of his family’s journey and specific tactics they deployed to ensure lifetime care and quality of life issues are properly addressed.
