- May 21, 2023 — Olathe Northwest High School — 7:00 p.m.
If weather indicates a need to move indoors, that decision would be made three hours before each ceremony. The ceremony would then take place at Olathe Northwest High School. Notices will be sent via email to parents and posted on the district website and social media sites should a move indoors be necessary due to weather. There will be NO message if outdoor graduation will go on as planned.
All seniors will be allowed unlimited guests if graduation is held outside at CBAC. Seniors will be allocated SEVEN graduation tickets to be used ONLY if graduation is moved indoors to Olathe Northwest’s gymnasium. Families interested in the live streaming of graduation can visit the district's graduation webpage for more information.
