The board will present two recognitions and awards before hearing a presentation from the Learning Services Division. Career Pathway coordinators will provide an overview of the district’s Market Value Assets (MVA) focus, real world learning programs, and a collaborative program with Junior Achievement.
Following time for public comments, the board will act on a consent agenda of routine items as well as bids, contracts and agreements. Other action items include easements and appointments to the Kansas Association of School Boards delegate assembly.
Board members will receive information on nearly a dozen future action items and receive two written reports.
The board plans an executive session to consult with its attorney, and a second executive session to discuss employer-employee negotiations.
