1-31-19 — Leaves, Landscapes among Student Art Themes
Jan. 31, 2019 ~ The latest art exhibit in the Education Center features the creations of children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Dozens of pieces of 2-D and 3-D artwork will be on display through March 8. The exhibit includes ceramics, colored pencil and crayon drawings, watercolor and oil pastels. Self-portraits, nature scenes, animals, landscapes and food are among the artists’ topics.
Visitors may enjoy the art exhibit from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday or 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday.
Art by high school students will be displayed from March 22 through May 2.
