Aug. 29, 2018 ~ Cory Zink, a senior at Olathe Northwest High School, has earned a perfect score of 36 on the ACT. Nationally, while the actual number of students earning a composite score of 36 varies from year to year, less than one-tenth of 1 percent of students taking the ACT earn a top score.
“Cory’s perfect ACT is a true reflection of his talent and hard work in his academic pursuits at Olathe Northwest,” Principal Chris Zuck said. “We are extremely proud of Cory’s accomplishment and believe it is only an indication of other significant, future achievements.”
He is involved in the 21st Century Engineering Academy, advanced orchestra and is an Eagle Scout.
