Internal Families and District Employees Open Enrollment Applications Open Jan. 1

Beginning Jan. 1, current Olathe Public Schools families and employee families may apply for an internal transfer for the 2026-27 school year. The application window closes Feb. 28 and completing it by this date prioritizes current families and helps determine enrollment capacity. A second application window will open July 1-31 if space remains.

Current families and employee families may access the application beginning Jan. 1. For questions, call 913-780-7000 and ask for General Administration. District offices are closed Dec. 23-Jan. 1 and will reopen Jan. 2 with hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Learn more on our transfers webpage.
