Our district is building a dedicated team for the new Compass K-8 Alternative Program and is seeking passionate educators and staff to help shape its success.

Launching in the 2026-27 school year at the Westview Campus, Compass will support general education students who need more intensive behavioral and social-emotional support. The program will offer short-term, personalized interventions and reintegration plans developed in partnership with staff and families.

Open positions include secondary teachers, an administrative assistant and alternative education aides. Both internal and external candidates are encouraged to apply.
