Staff Technology Resources

As we maintain and improve today's technology services, we are also working with internal and external partners with an eye to the future.Josh Umphrey, Chief Technology Officer

The Department of Technology Advancement and Training empowers students and employees through the innovative integration of technology to enhance user experience, productivity, and digital citizenship. Within the department, the Information Systems team configures, integrates, maintains, and supports most of the district’s operational software platforms, including Business/Finance, Human Resources, and the Student Information System (SIS), as well as related applications and historical data. The Technology Support team assists end users with any issues that affect the effective use of district-issued technology, beginning with the Help Desk and continuing through troubleshooting or escalation to the appropriate team for resolution. Technology Services oversees 1:1 device distribution and onboarding, technology training, software support, user provisioning and policy management, printer support, and specialty lab support. Finally, the Network Infrastructure team maintains all components that enable network communication, management, and connectivity across the district’s enterprise IT environment, ensuring a reliable foundation for learning and operations.

Staff will find many resources relating to ClassLink, Synergy, Telecommunications, WiFi and more on the Technology Division's SharePoint site.
