The Olathe Mentoring and Induction Program accelerates new educator effectiveness to boost student achievement. We provide ongoing, differentiated support that is standards-based, instructionally focused, and data-driven. By partnering new teachers with skilled instructional coaches, we strengthen teaching, increase student learning, and improve teacher retention and leadership.
