Facility Rental
School facilities are provided by district taxpayers primarily to meet the educational needs of students, with school activities receiving first priority for facility use. When not in use for school programs, these facilities may be available at reasonable times and rates to recognized community organizations whose activities benefit the community. Many areas within our facilities, including athletic fields, auditoriums, gymnasiums, multi-purpose rooms, and swimming pools, are available for rent by district patrons.

Summer office hours (June and July) are 6 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and after Aug. 1, office hours are 7 a.m.-3:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Friday. Please allow two weeks for approval once a facility usage request is submitted. Requests are approved in the order they are received. Any request submitted inside the two-week window will not be approved.
