Two-Year Academy Application

If you're interested in a Two-Year Academy, please follow these steps:

1. Contact your high school counselor

2. Tour the Two-Year Academies (check our website for tour dates)
3. Apply to Johnson County Community College (you will need a JCCC identification number to apply for a Two-Year Academy)
4. Apply to a Two-Year Academy (application is available through your CTE high school counselor or digitally).

Potential outcomes of your application:

• Declined
• Accepted
  1. Complete a letter of commitment
  2. Attend mandatory orientation meeting
  3. Complete e-forms including health form and field trip form
  4. Two-Year Academies will enroll you in your classes
• Put on wait list
  1. Work with your high school counselor to develop goals to be accepted to a Two-Year Academy
  2. If there's no progress, you should work on your goals and reapply next school year
  3. If there is progress, refer to the Accepted bullet points above
