Who We Are
Located at the Olathe Advanced Technical Center, the Automotive Technology Academy gives students the chance to explore the automotive industry through hands-on labs, unique partnerships, and competitive experiences. Students work with industry-standard equipment and develop skills by applying theory using modern electronic testing tools. The program also provides opportunities to earn standing credit at no cost from Johnson County Community College, articulated credit from various two-year programs across Kansas, and College Now credit from Johnson County Community College.
Auto Insurance Verification Form
All Auto Technology must have an insurance verification form on file to work on personal vehicles during OATC Live. After submitting the electronic form, a copy will be placed in your file.
What We Do
Students partner with educational and industrial institutions to gain advanced learning and employment opportunities, while classroom and laboratory instruction integrates the skills needed to succeed in the workplace.
