How do I request salary schedule movement?
Requests for salary schedule movement are made through the Salary Tracker feature in Frontline Professional Growth. Detailed instructions are provided on the document titled, “MLP Using Salary Tracker to Request Movement” located in the File Library of Frontline.

What is the deadline to request salary movement?
Points, credits, CEUs (if applicable) must be allocated in the Salary Tracker of Frontline Professional Growth prior to Oct. 15 of the school year. Mid-year requests for column movement (only processed for moving into a degree column) must be submitted by Feb. 15.

What is the maximum points and/or CEUs I may earn?
A maximum number of 120 professional development points may be earned for salary movement in a professional learning year (Aug. 1 through July 31). If an employee is eligible to earn CEUs for salary movement, then it is a combined total of CEUs and professional development points that may not exceed 120.

What is the maximum college credits I may earn?
There is no limit on the number of college credits you may earn in a professional learning year.

Are there limits on column movement?
Educators may move only one column each contract year with the exception of attainment of a qualifying degree.
