College Credit FAQs
-
What are the requirements for college credit?
College credit earned for relicensure and/or salary movement must be graduate level, in education, from a regionally accredited institution. All college credits are subject to a five-year recency and educators need to understand how the awarding institution will transcript the credit. Please note that the five-year recency is in academic years and not calendar years. Additional information about using college credit for movement on the salary schedule can be found in the Negotiated Agreement and in the File Library of Frontline Professional Growth.

How do I submit college credit?
College credits must be submitted in Frontline Professional Growth using the CERT: College Credit form. Once submitted in Frontline, official transcripts from the awarding institution must be submitted at etranscripts@olatheschools.org
